Posting quality social media content is the foundation of your online presence. Without it, you’ll struggle to build trust, portray your brand as you’d like and begin to grow your presence.
Being able to convert fans into customers is often the one thing businesses struggle with and it also emphasises why sheer numbers of fans and followers do not mean you’re being successful on social media from a business point of view. Assessing the ROI of social media is crucial if you’re putting any significant resources into it but going gung-ho on the sell isn’t going to end well.
