A well-known international restaurant chain, with an already very active customer-facing social media presence, was keen to start diversifying their use of social media to achieve other business objectives, specifically the recruitment of new staff. JC Social Media were approached to work with the company to design and deliver training in using social media for staff outside the marketing department, to aid with recruitment.

  • Successful delivery of 3 hour training session to key staff, with aftercare support to answer follow-up queries
  • Redelivery of session to addition staff to support expansion of project
  • Delivery of reference resources to staff to support session learning
