Citroen UK Dealers
Citroen is a global automotive brand with hundreds of dealerships across the UK. Jumeirah Hotel Group
One of the most luxurious hotel chains in the world, the Jumeirah Hotel Group turned to Jodie Cook to deliver a social media presentation on social media for hospitality, a sector in which JC Social Media has extensive experience. The presentation was delivered to the marketing managers of all the Jumeirah hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in order to demonstrate the power of advanced social media marketing techniques.

I asked Jodie to present at a workshop I was running for all of Jumeirah Group’s PR and Marketing representatives based in the UAE. Jumeirah has 7 hotels/resorts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (including the 7 Star Burj Al Arab), so this equated to around 40 people, all with varying knowledge of social media – some could be classified as experts, others novices. She focused on how social media can be used to drive revenue within hotels. The talk covered a wide variety of topics and resulted in a few immediate changes in how we do things in social and more, longer-term, initiatives will come.
