Model booking platform
MODL App is an industry disrupting web and mobile application. The platform brings agency-signed models together with booking clients to make the model booking process faster and more cost-effective than ever before.
As a two-sided platform, our job was to get models and prospective bookers signed up to the platform.

JC Social Media made our platform viable with a matter of weeks. Over 300 models had signed up in 20 days, over 500 in 60 days. The supply side of MODL was crucial to have in place.
They’ve also supported us in wider marketing efforts including paid search and we now have 200 booking clients so we’re revenue generating and we’ve proven concept.

Waste management app
We carried out the launch for a waste-management app, created by a successful UK-based waste management company. The app allows businesses to have their commercial waste and recycling collected in a sustainable and hassle-free way.
JC Social Media were tasked with bringing the platform to market as the sole marketing agency.

Deliveroo
Deliveroo is the market-leader in meal delivery from eating establishments right to a person’s home or office. In the early stages of Deliveroo’s journey we managed their launch in three UK-based cities, focusing on young professionals who worked in the city centre and encouraging them to download the app.
Approach taken
- Twitter interaction to professionals working in city centre
- Piggy-backing on the social media presence of the eating establishments themselves
- Ran competitions for those who downloaded the app and ordered for the first time
- Analysed demographics of best users and most frequent customers
Results
- Successful launch in three key cities leading to expansion of delivery area
- Facebook competitions and social content we designed rolled out nationally
- Trained central marketing in Twitter interaction techniques to replicate success
